Traditional, Anglo-Catholic
40th and Davenport Streets
(One Block North of Dodge Street)
Omaha NE 68131

Beheaded on January 30, 1649 (1648 Old Style), King Charles I chose to die rather than allow the office of bishop to be abolished in the Church of England. Thus, he chose to die for the apostolic succession that has linked Anglicanism to the New Testament Apostles. Saint Charles is the only person officially to be declared a saint by the English Church since the Reformation.

The service will be a Solemn Choral Morning Prayer. Music will include works of the English Renaissance.

Brunch will follow in the Undercroft. No reservations are necessary.
