Devotional Societies

The life of the parish has long been enriched by the activity of the catholic devotional societies.  The following societies are currently active at St. Barnabas:

Confraternity of the Blessed Sacrament

This society sponsors Evensong and Benediction on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 5:30.  It also sponsors the all-night Maundy Thursday vigil.  For more information, contact Fr. Scheiblhofer.

This guild sponsors the annual All Souls day Mass and offers a monthly Requiem mass at 12:10 on Fridays.  For more information, contact Fr. Scheiblhofer.

Order of the Daughters of the King

This very active society of the women of the parish holds a monthly meeting and organizes its members to serve the parish in many ways.  For more information, contact  Norma Morehouse

Society of King Charles the Martyr

This society sponsors an annual Mass to commemorate the martyrdom of King Charles I of England-- the only person proclaimed a saint by the Anglican Communion since the reformation.  For information, contact Ward secretary Nick Behrens

This society meets on the first Saturday of the month for Mass and Rosary.  This society also co-sponsors the masses held on each of the Marian holy days.  For more information, contact Fr. Scheiblhofer.
