Parish Registration

- How to Join the Parish
  
  Any Catholic may register as a member of Saint Barnabas. To register as a member of the Parish:
  
  Complete and submit the registration form below, and
  
  Contact the Catholic parish (or parishes) in which you and each member of your household was baptized or received into full communion and request that annotated baptismal records be sent to the following address:

  Non-Catholics who wish to join the Parish will be registered as a part of their reception into the full communion of the Catholic Church. To inquire about becoming Catholic, please submit the intake form linked HERE.
